How do I get black hair dye out?

what you need to do is go to your local Sally Beauty Supply (if you have one) and get something called ColorFix. If not go to Walgreens and I think its called ColorOops there. (I might have got the names backwards as to which store its at but you get the idea). Basically its a color dissolver and it will dissolve the black dye from your hair. It smells horrible but took my hair from black to my normal blonde within a hour and no its not bleach. Try Sallys first, that stuff is better. The Walgreens stuff works, but not as good.

that stuff turns your hair blond, I need brown :[

I have hair down to my bottom~ My natural color is dark blonde. I dyed it black for 3+ months and wanted to go brown. TWO saleslady’s at Sally’s Beauty told me to use the Loreal ColorFix~ I am now sitting at my computer trying to figure out what the $#@! to do with my hair. It is white at the top, then so lovengly flows to bright orange, then red, then darker red and a few pieces of black. COLORFIX DOES NOT WORK!! I spent $23.00 on two boxes of it (because my hair was so long) and now I look like a freak!
