I love how no one answerd the question, just kinda mocked you, but its pretty easy, but you need to have a pale blonde an a black hair dye, pretty much bleach your hair unless its light, then use the blonde, next tie up the top portion of hair an dye only the bottom/back half black, then when its done it should be what you want, altho if you really want it good go to a professional. an who cares wut your b/f likes, do it for u, its better that way.

Talk to a hairdresser, they’d probably bleach it. Belly button piercing? A parent has to go with you.

Before you do either of these things, make sure you REALLY want to do it. I mean, they aren’t permanent, but don’t do it if you don’t REALLY want to.
