How do I dress up as a colourful fairy ?

Well Im dressing up as a fairy aswell and im wearing a pink tu tu,white leggins,pink,legwarmers,coloured shoes,pink top and pink hair band and colourful make up

Try finding loads of different coloured clothes, and wear them together for example: Blue top, Red skirt, yellow tights, purple shoes. Put on a pair of wings, do your hair up in spiky ponytails (if you are allowed to dip the ends of your hair in non-permanant hair dye, that would be cool!) and blend in loads of eyeshadow colours onto your eyes!
