I am assuming that you have tried right click options. I have a bit of a work around on my computer. I have Windows XP service pack 2 (not 3) and I open up a folder at C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files The second step may well vary depending on your computer - oh, and you have to have ‘Show hidden files and folders’ enabled. Many - but not all - video clips will leave a flv copy in this folder when you play them in your browser (must be using I.E.). Just drag and drop onto your desktop to play it.

I’m sure that there are programs that you can use to capture those feeds, but this way is already built into the OS.
