How do I divorce my parents?

Im going to tell you more about my situation.. I want to divorce my parents becasue I havnt talked to my mom for 36 months.. And I havnt talked to my dad for 14 years.. And right now im 15 a sophmore and I dont want them to have any control over my life anymore.. Right now I dont even have insurance so I cant even go to the hospital unless its absolutly death defiying.. I cant go to the doctors if im sick, or to the dentist.. I cant paly any sports, get a job, or get my liecence, nothing.. I cant do anything!! They both do drugs and have been to prison and when I was living with my mom she abused me, one of her boy friends held a gun to her head infront of me and my little sister but she dropped all chargers.. And one of her drug dealers masterbated in front of my little sister also… And soo much more! So if you people out there say that theres nothing I can do to get out of this situtaion I hope your wrong.. Best thing to do is talk to a lawyer about it. Plus to have any possiblity of getting away you have to be able to support yourself. I’d call child services but then you won’t have control of your life anymore but if you can’t take it anymore, child services is the way to go cause they’ll go down and keep an eye on your parents.

Dear bklovr1234. Where are you living now? Is your sister also out of the home? If you are in the hands of other family or the state you can go see a doctor etc. This is all covered under children services. There is something you are missing here…Go speak with your counsellor at school they can fill you in on what rights you have while living with others then your parents. Sue…good luck
