How do I change my 64 bit browser to a 32?

I just got a new dell laptop. it says windows 7 on a little sticker, whatever that means. well I got the internet set up and everything but everytime I went to youtube or something it said I needed a flash adobe player. but it wont let me download it because they don’t have one available for a 64 bit browser. I dont know how to change it to a 32bit without getting rid of the 64. and im not much of a computer genius. any help? please???

there is the link fo the adobe flash player 64 bit. that should do the trick. other wise look up firefox 32bit version or the i386 version.
