How do I ask this girl out?

Okay, so there’s this girl. (When isn’t there) And we’re friends. I had went to elementary school with her and we got back in touch about 2 years ago, I’m 19. And I’ve got such strong feelings for her. We talk on a social site but thats it. Anyway, she just got out of a year and a half long relationship and I feel now is my chance but it’s also too soon. I want to ask her out as just friends first, but I can’t even build up the courage to do that. Like I’ll write the message, but I never send it, I’ll pick up the phone but never dial, it’s killing me. Someone help. I also have a feeling she knows how I feel but I’m not sure. How do I ask her out?

I think you should invite her to maybe a BBQ with your family or something first instead of a date with just you too.You should become close friends and give her time to get over her ex and then take your chance and ask her out on a date.I hope this sorta helped.goodluck.Build up the courage to ask her.
