Right her a little love note, explain that you like her, why you like her, and at the bottom say p.s. I want you to be mine, will you go out with me? And give it to her and wait there while she reads it, that way its still kinda like you asking her out in person, and shell have somthing to remeber how and when you asked her out.

Go up to her in person(texts and calls arent the same) and say I really like you a lot and give some details why you do and I was wondering if you would like to go out with me?
