What version of firefox do you have?

Click Tools, then select Clear Private Data. Tick all boxes and click on clear private data now.

If the above doesn’t work. Go to the drop down arrow next to where you type in the web address and then just start typing the name of the site you want to delete and scroll over it and press delete.

it’s still all there my friend told me to do the same thing just in a different way and I did it and it didn’t work now I just tried it again the way you said and it still didn’t work I have done it before I just don’t remember how
