I’m bad with spots but since I’m on my holidays I’ve recently started a new regime, In the morning I wash my face with hot then cold water then I apply Tesco’s Clear Skin dual-action moisturiser. Since I’m not at school I don’t bother with make up unless I go out, I full a coke 2litre bottle with water and drink from it through out the day and keep it beside me at night time as well as the Tesco’s clear skin dual action moisturiser and apply it throughout the night if I wake up or during the day. When I take a shower I cover my face with sudo cream half an hour before I go to the shower then before I come out of the shower I wash it all off and apply the same moisturiser again. This seems to be helping for me My spots are easing off, But remember to keep at whatever regime you decide to follow even when the spots dissapear and remember it will take time to start working. Oh and since we need to exfoliate reguarly I just scrub sugar of my face, it works and leaves you smelling sweet and skin so soft. I hope this works for you.
