How could I get over him, could anyone help me

I love a guy for about one year now. He told me he only consider my as a friend last week. I tried to talk to him, and thought maybe there was some hope, but he even don’t talk to me now. I try to stay with my friends and call them when I am alone, but no matter what I do, I still feel pain. Like there are two of me, the outside could try to get happy, but the inner side of me always sad, no matter what I do. I know after a few months, I will feel better, but how about now? I rather want to die now than go through this.

I went out with a guy for a long time and he made me cry the whole relationship. He cheated and lied and made me feell bad. I loved him and thought that I could “chnge him.” I was totally wrong and when my mom went to tell him off after I told how it was with him, he dumped me. He went out with my best friend and they’ve been going out about the as long as He went out with me and she was just as lovestruck as me. A week ago, I saw him flirting with a girl but when my other best friend that wasn’t going out with him went up to him to confront him, he freaked out.

I just want to say that if he was anything like this or somewhat hurt you bad or you see him like that with any other girl like this, you should forget about him.

what else is that if he doesn’t like you then its not meant to be

He is a good person, that’s why it’s so hard for me to forget about him. He do not flirt with other girl, and very nice to everyone, always try to help other people. It just make me more difficult to forget him.

I’ve felt that way for about 6 months now, it comes sharp then dulls then gets sharp again
