How come my videos are not turning up on FA?

I DOWN LOADED TO PERFECT PHOTOS ONE AT A TIME TO FUNADVICE AND THEY CAME OUT BLACK WHY CAN YOU HELP!!!??? PLS!!

I havent been logging in here and I was wondering if I could turn the emails off.
