How come I can't dream?

How come I can’t dream?I’ve been wondering why I am not able to have dreams?I haven’t had any dreams in like months and when I do it’s only like 1 dream every like 5 months or so,any help with this?

its because you think a lot and watever is going on in your mind will come to you as a dream… the solution is relaxxx…go for a walk and drink some cold water before you go to bed…

Most people dream every night its just that the majority dont remember them. maybe when you go to sleep you are exhusted?

you have hundreds of dreams every night, but most people don’t even remember one of them. it’s impossible to to not have any dreams.
