How can you find out if you have breastcancer?

I recently read something about breastcancer and I got a little worried. I have no idea how to check my boobs for tumors or stuff. If I “feel” them and look for lumps, I have no idea what I need to feel. I know teens or women should examine their breasts once a month but I just don’t know how to do it. I don’t even know what I’m supposed to feel. Any help?
