to find out if your pregnant take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had sex (any sooner and the results won’t be accurate) in the morning with your first pee is the best time and take it when your period is due alternatively, see a doctor for a blood test this will both let you find out quicker and give you more accurate results

kind of, to get pregnant a males penis or sperm need to go on or in your vagina so a girl could get sperm on/in her vagina wuithout a penis entering her and get pregnant

and maybe she just has ab muscles

Get her to take a pregnancy test. And if she’s pregnant, please let us know. The last immaculate conception was supposedly over 2000 years ago. I mean it would be kinda cool if I was alive to see this one.

It is not likley that your friend will be pregnant if you have not had intercourse! So do not stress yourself out. As mentioned earlier you can take a pregnancy test to confirm your worries. You are right, your stomach does become hard when your pregnant, but it is definatly likley that it is just her abdominal muscles as jazlovestoscate said.

If your friend is still concerned then take a trip to the doctor just to check out if anything is going on.
