how can I trust him ?

okay so I have a issue, and its become a habbit. I’ve been seeing this guy for about 9 months now but he wont commit, he says that hes just focusing on his life and dont want a relationship at this time. and that because he just got out of a 7 year reltionship with a girl rather go party then have a boyfriend, so well its oviouse to me that he still loves here, well so I have a problam eveytime he leaves his cell phone in his room and he goes to take a shower I always look true it, and theres been times where I’ve seen text messges and picture messges from girls, and now I recently found out that his ex girl friend might be pregneat from him.. what do I doo.?? what do I say?? she says if she is she dont want to keep it, and hes always telling me how much he loves me and cares for me, I see him 3 to 4 times a week and he calls me eveyday. buys me little things, takes me out for dinner and always makes time for me, but now im a little confused. plzz I need some ones help.. I dont know what to do…
