How Can I Tell My Parents that I am a lesbian?
I can tell my friends easily, but I cannot get the courage to tell my family. I am not embarrassed about it, it’s just so difficult. Any advice?
there is nothing wrong with being gay. just tell them and remember they will love you no matter what also you could leave hints like I leave a note that says I need to talk about girls or put up some posters in your room with hot girls on them this might prepare your parents to tell them you like girls.good luck
If you feel the need to tell them right now, there is no easy way to do it. Just sit them down and explain to them that you have been this way for a long time and you can’t help who you are. They are likely to be upset at first, but they will come around. Just make sure you know 100 percent that you are infact a lesbian, dont just tell them this to shock them or get back at them. Also make sure that you give them time to accept it.
