I run track&field, but right now we're doing winter track. We run in the gym, a very hot and humid place. Before we're halfway through, my face is always red as a strawberry. It is also VERY sweaty. It's gross to say it, but I need help :) I don't wear makeup so that isn't an issue. I would just like to retain a little self-esteem.
I would suggest keeping a towel in your locker so you can dry off. Do you use hair products? Because it can create the illusion of more sweat because it will drip down your face. So when you have track, skip the hair products.
