How can I stop these bad thoughts?

omfg I felt the same way bout that movie I was afraid to be alone in a room fr like a week I was so scared, because all th stuff in th movie can be real they are alll real events that can really happen they all have occcurred,just nmot all at once so you have nothing to worry about you could pray if it makes you feel better and sleep with your door closed because doors are one of th few things that demons cant travel thru

I did the same thing when I watched the grudge three except..well I was freaking because I thought the grudge would get me..but I just slept with a night lite and prayed to god that her would give me the strength to not be scared..and I watch scary ,movie..the one that made fun of the grudge

Start thinking of positive things and imagine a white light around you. Sleep with a night light on if you have to. Those thoughts should go away soon

Pray To God And tell him to take care of you at night and that you can sleep comfortable.
