How can I stop mental breakdowns?

I will be sitting in my room then I was hystericaly bust out in tears and hypervataling... but the thing is I have no reason too, I wont be able to move, like im paralised by my emotions

somtimes I get overly happy and go a bit crazy and I dont know why, I get in trouble at school for being distracted, when im happy I have to move I have to figit I have to do sumthin and I feel like im in a dream when im not... its a weird feeling

but how can I stop mental breakdowns, and becomming too happy
