How can I stop getting bothered?

Hey k so my problem is that I really want to make my boyfriend happy but we always argue. I kinda have trust issues dont get me wrong I trust my boyfriend we’ve been going out for almost a year and I truly love him but we’ve been arguing since I get really bothered when I find out that he talked to girl(just like friends) and I really dont want to get bothered anymore.. Any advice on how to stop? I’ve talked to my boyfriend but he gets mad when I tried to like explain why I get bothered and stuff. I really feel like im pushing him away by these arguments.

Btw..I act this way since I hate girls I dont trust girls. And I hate people. Everything started (with my trsut issues) when I got raped when I was 15 by my ex. And yes my boyfriend knows about the rape thing and he hates it when I say one thing about my past. So I really dont know how to explain it to him. Help?

U need to trust him.. you cant just say you do you have to show it as well. I know it can be tough and yea gurls can be bad… but even if you dont trust them trust him enough.. No matter how you feel he will be around other gurls the rest of his life. You just need to tell your self hes with you and not them. Not all gurls are bad news you might just be a lil paranoid. Rape is a really hard thing to deal with, I would also know. He needs to understand that and that your past is part of you if he likes it or not. Without that you wouldnt be you. You just need to show you trust him like you say you do, or you are just gonna end up pushing him away, and it might end up being too far away.
