umm I dont think its the guys job…what if the guy is just really shy? I’ve been in that situation before. just dont do what I did. I was gonna tell the guy I liked him, and I decided to use that stupid “I have a friend” thing. I thought he would get the idea that I liked him, but I think he just wanted me to come straight out and say it, but I got so nervous and I just walked away… so yea its not always up to the guy…but im sorry I don’t know how to anser your question! but I wish I did! lol
