How can I remove a program from my computer?
I installed a burning program and I got a new one and it wont let me unistall the old one, it says installation files are not present please verify they are present. Any help?? I dont want to formate my computer just to remove the program but if nothing works thats whats gonna happen. So any advice? Its really really frustrating! :(

are you just trying to click on Uninstall. If so go to Add/Remove Programs
Go to Control Panel then Add or Remove Programs
