How Can I Relieve A Severe Headache?
My boyfriend has a really bad headache right now, and he can’t even talk because it’s so bad. How can I relieve some of the pain?

Does he get it often? If no, then take him to the emergency room. Any headaches that are that bad should be checked out immediately. Especially if he doesn’t know the cause of it.
Otherwise, some things you can do to help relieve the pain.
- Get him painkillers that contain a combination of paracetamol, caffeine and codeine (syndol, betapain, adco dol, any of those if available in your country)
- Let him lie in a dark room (light makes it hurt more)
- Lightly put your fingers on his temples, that causes blood to flow to that area of his head and should bring him some relief. (headaches occur because of veins that thin in the head and therefore blood can’t flow through properly)
- Make sure that he isn’t too cold, rather a bit warmer than too cold.
use your mind. think really hard on it. then move your thoughts elswhere on you face. it will go away, or atleast dim, imedietly. if you dont get it, then take a midol. dont laugh.
