How can I make the lies stop?

what I mean is its been around for donkeys and will continue to be 10000000000000000s of years after our life times

you need to, and in a pleasent way, tell people to STFU and mind their own buisness and get a life of their own and stop causing trouble in other peoples

What would I do? Here’s how the conversation would play out.

‘’Dude, she’s going to break up with you.’’

‘’You’re telling me that my girlfriend said the words to you ‘I’m going to break up with him’?’’

‘’Well, no, but I heard–‘’

‘’Then shut the hell up and stop talking out your butt.’’

His best friend or no, your boyfriend needs to man up a little and stop letting himself get pushed around.

its addecting him cause he really likes me and the person who told him I was going too break up with him is his old best friend, and most of the stuff we do laugh off. we have been talking about this and he said it doesnt affect him that much just the break up one. cause think if you had a boyfriend or a girlfriend and your BEST FRIEND WHO NEVER LIED TO YOU said your boyfriend or girlfriend you are in love with is going to break up with you what would you do?

You can’t make anyone do anything, short of a cage and a cattle prod. What you can do is not let it affect you. If your relationship is strong, it doesn’t make any difference one way or the other what people are saying. This should be something you’re laughing about with your boyfriend, not something that is affecting him to the point of tears. Shift your focus away from what other people are doing and pay more attention to why your boyfriend is so insecure that it’s affecting him in the first place.

I would ask him who he heard it from, then the two of you confront the person.

Just tell him that all the lies people are saying, simple as that, as long as you 2 know that all that people say is not true then there should be no problem whit him…
