How can I make my friends solve their own problems?

whenever any of my friends have any sort of problem they come to me to solve it,I like being there for them BUT sometimes I have my own problems that I need to sort but they’re still coming to me, this is putting a lot of presure on me and is sometimes making me depressed. How can I make them solve their own problems?

say “ I dont know” and let them fix it themselves

Help them when you can of course but if you’re caught up in your own problems just say so. They will understand. If they don’t then they aren’t friends at all.

You cannot make people do anything. You can, however, change your behaviors. If you are overwhelmed, there’s a few things you can do. You can listen for a few minutes and then say you’d like to talk about it more, but you have to go. You can listen, and then have them listen to you. Or you could simply say you’re feeling overwhelmed and can they call you some other time.
