How can I make it as a famous bass player?

I’m 15 and I’m a good bass player. I’m not bragging. i almost even got a job in a bar playing bass in a band. i can play literally anything. Scales, metal, old rock, and random solos. i want a good job making money with my bass.. how can i do that?

I would say to make money you would find playing in a wedding band rewarding.

Its hard to make money writing your own material, I know.. I play for fun and actually put alot more in than i make. Good luck and never quit!

get into a good bamd,play in some local gigs on a friday/saturday night record songs and put them on myspace then just pray lol

Keep Trying! Don’t give up, I’ve been playing guitar for over 10 years now. I play at parties and get together all the time, is really fun! Be patient. Success may not be over night, but if you get discouraged and give up, then you will never know. To give a specific someone, or who’s who’s per a connection with any type of job within this field, is not a resource that is as readily available. You have to be found, yet you have to pursue. This means keep trying, you’ll catch your break sooner or later, just DON’T GIVE UP!

Also, I would encourage asking around, just as you may have almost got the job, wouldn’t this mean others yet are out there as well? :-)
