How can I lose weight when im 13?

I want a boyfriend. but im a bit fat. I dont like it. I have gym with this hot guy and we have to swim sometime and I dont want him to see my stomach. I am sick and tired of carrying this fat around I want to fit in clothes like hollister, aero, and other popular stores with out a belly sticking out.

be dedicated to losing weight and staying in shape, eat healthy(fruits, vegetables, etc..), jog or run everyday if you can, do sit ups, or some kind of sport or wii

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

also becayuse your going through PUBERTY your body is going to put on weight to allow you to grow

start eating really little because your body will say “owh shes not feeding me now I better store it has energy (fat) for later”… :P just eat healthier, more veggies and fruit instead of sweets, crisps and ice cream. Ofc you can have something sweet once in a while like a treat but not all the time :D

Also start to exercise a few minutes a day, or find a sport you like and start it :P and if you need motivation get a friend to join u, that way it will be more fun :D

And the boyfriend thing… I havnt had a boyfriend yet and im 14 xD dont worry you will find someone :) but maybe not right now and the hot guy ^^ if he likes u, he has to like you for who you r :P… and im sure if you eat healthy do some sports you will be fit in no time! :D

Eat lower calerie foods that are carbohydrates e.g pasta– give you longer energy than sugery sweets Go for a run once a day Have water instead of juice Have fruit instead of chocolate Do you have a wii fit bored??– thats helps (: 10-20 sit ups and push ups every night AND ask your mum or dad to help you (:
