How can I lose weight by the 6th december ?

Im in yr 8. I want to lose LOTS of weight in a short period of time. sorry I lied I need to lose it before the 17th december. soo.. 2 weeks and a bit. im going on hols so I wanna be as slimm as possible.

my mom wont let me try to lose weight so we wont have super healthy food in the house. she says im fine as I am. but I dont like my weight.

well.. I have… cereal every mornin sandwich and alpen bar @ school and then whtever I end up havin for dinner

high fiber foods are like whole grain breads or breakfast cereals. stuff like that. Just dont add a lot of sugar

Try drinking a glass of water before each meal. You will feel fuller and eat less. Do not try to starve yourself as you will end up gaining weight. Also try doing yoga at least 20 minutes a day. The stretching tones your muscles and makes you appear slimmer. Make sure you eat lots of fiber as well. It will keep you full and keep your metabolism up
