How can I lose weight rapidly?

Ok, I’m 13. and I’m very over weight. [[250lbs]] but I’m proportionally fat. (I’m fat all over, even) and I’m sick of it. any ideas? and I don’t wanna hear “eat healthy” I’ve tried and it ain’t happening. please help!

you have to be really dedicated to losing weight. stay away from sweets, eat low carbs if any carbs, jog or run with a garbage bag on, drink a ton of water and stay very active

umm you can change how you eat like you can cut everything you eat inhalf and change from eating a full plate of a burger and fries into a salad(like ceaser etc.)or into a sandwich or something and if you have a tredmeal run on it 10 min a day not just like once a month and if you dont have one go to the gym and do that and if your school has a track and feild or somethng like that join it! hope I helped

I’m sorry to say this but you have to commit to a lifestyle change if you expect to be permanently healthy and at the proper weight. Im 17 and going to be going to school for personal training or to be a nutritionist and I’ve done my homework about the subject of losing weight because personal fitness is something Im passionate about. From everything I’ve read its unhealthy to lose more than 3 or 4 pounds a week. So you have to commit to eating healthy, get to the gym, participate in sports, and just be healthy. There are many ‘simple and easy ways to lose weight’ as Im sure you’ve seen in advertisements but not many are actually programmed to help you keep the weight off. They are businesses trying to keep you on their programs whether it be constantly for the rest of your life or you use it until your skinny, get off of it, gain the weight back, and get back on the program. Either way they get your money so don’t waste your time.. and your money :P

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take monthsand even years to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both if you lose weight rapidly that will damage your health and can possibly even kill you and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose if your not in the healthy weight range you also need to see a doctor to make sure you dont have high blood pressure or anything else that can affect your health during your weight loss

Sorry, but you need to hear this. Eat healthy - have a balanced diet and STICK to it. Excersice for 60 Minutes A DAY! Dont “pig out” Really commit. Maybe get some friends to help you out. This is actually very easy I have lost 5 pounds so far for 2009. Maybe you should just try cause doing nothing else will get you NO WHERE in life.

c4j911 is right, if that isn’t helping … are you honestly trying? working hard? It’s gonna take a while and it should, it’s not healthy to lose lots of weight quickly. You have to be into it for the long haul, and if you really try and it doesn’t work then you may need to get some help .

Well then if your sick of trying to be healthy then your stuffed because otherwise anything else you try to lose weight rapidly could just make you ill or get some sort of eating disorder. All you can do it eat good and do regular exercise, I mean everyday, not like half hour here and there, everyday!
