how can I lose weight fast

you see I have been teased all my life about my weight and in agust im moving to a new state so I dont want them to make fun of me

Walk 30 minutes at least 3 times a week, and not just strolling along. Find a pace where you’re booking it, but not so much that you’ll tire out in a few minutes. You should increase this pace weekly, or a little more than a week, if you’re not comfortable with it. Using a treadmill not only allows you to measure and pace yourself, but I’ve also found it hurts your knees less. and that’s not a good thing. If you’re feeling pain in your knees, don’t keep doing it unless it’s life and death, because you’re doing potentially irreparable damage which might mess you up 20-30 years down the road.

Every night, set aside about 15 minutes to do push ups, sit ups, and any other little exercises you know. Do as many sit ups as you can in a minute, then immediately afterwords, do a couple three sets of push ups with about 2-3 minute breaks in between. Work these up in number, too.

As for the water, green tea, gatorade…WATER is the best thing for you. You want to be drinking AT LEAST a gallon a day. I do this consistently, and that alone has helped bring my fat mass down. Something about it cleaning out your systems better. Gatorade is okay, but I wouldn’t guzzle it. There is actually some recent research that shows green tea MIGHT have some negative long-term effects on your body. Not to mention I’m not one to recommend caffeine in any form. It’s addictive(if you drink it consistently in any form), it stunts growth(yes, even in a “natural” form), and it can imbalance some of your natural hormones, again, in consistent and/or massive amounts(and half a gallon of green tea is big time massive).

drink TONs of green tea drink half a gallon a day and drink half a gallon of water and lower your sodium intake to almost zero trust me youll drop ten pounds in a week !

try dance, it works out all of your body. Swimming helps as well a lot, and same with running. And just eating right, cut out all junk food and have healthy snacks, and cut out drinks like Arizona Iced Teas which have a lot of sugar.

Well im a cheerleader. Try working out everyday. Do V sits Where you lay on your back and balance and bring your feet up and your arms and try and touch them. Or sit ups.push ups. Try jogging Working at the gym. So counts. We do 5 8 or 10 counts. Where you do like 5 jumping jacks. Then 5 criss cross.5 jumps.5 back and forth and 5 lunges. Then 4.3.2.1 etc. Go out for walks. But make sure you have long strides to where you feel it burn in your thighs if you don’t feel this its not helping you. Drink A LOT of water. Soda and things like that just leave air in your stomach.

Ok. Well, you’ve got a good start by wanting to lose the weight. Losing it fast isn’t really… good for you. You have time, so use it. Don’t rush, but don’t go too slow either. Take walks up the street, take a really good look at your diet, and cut out whatever junk you can. Ask some friends to help you with your weight loss, have them as motivation. Set yourself a reward that you will give to yourself when you acheive your weight goal, and make sure you only give it to yourself when you finally get there, not before. Then you have to maintain that.
