how can I lose weight after having my son

I had a baby seven months ago. I was 140 when I found out I was pregnant now I weight 180. I am disgusted with my body and dont quite know how to lose the weight. Do you have any suggestions. I am desperate for help. Thank you, Louise M. Trujillo

honestly, i lost 30 pounds off of the south beach diet, get a book, make an exercise plan, get ur life back in order, and i imagine with a kid you will keep busy.

its a lifestyle change with few exceptions of spontanaity here and there, but if you keep it strict like business you will love the way you look, the aim is to keep the stomach 80% full on each meal, eat slower and chew more, i’m a pre-med student and the stomach-brain never signals are extremely slow, so by the time u realize ur not hungry ur stuffed, it takes 20 mins or so for the brain to realize u have more than enough to carry out metabolic activities for at least a good 4-6 hr period, eat frequent and smaller meals, lots of water….
