How can I change my habits to lose weight?

For a couple of days now, I have uncontrollable eating. I gained 10 pounds already. I need help. How can I change my eating habits and what type of execrise should I do in order to lose weight?

You may have gained 10 lbs in two days because your obsession with losing weight has reached an unhealthy level. The more you think about not eating, the more food you end up eating.

I’ve noticed you asked about being anorexic/bulimic a month ago. You said you’ve been struggling with your weight since you were ten and that diets don’t work for you. Well, diets don’t work for ANYONE. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to make changes in your lifestyle PERMANENTLY. You need to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Start slow and set realistic goals every month.

what i do is. have 2 big meal a day. (i forget breakfast but that is me rushing in the morning to work. just saves time) then i have my lunch and a good meal in the evening. then nothing else and then bed. i always aviod snacking after every meal so i say well away from food. unless starving which by that time it is lunch or dinner. anyways.

i have started walking to work to. so a few weeks in to it the weight should start dropping off.

CARDIOOOO Try running/jogging/walking.30 minutes-1 hour a day.icrease the distance and time walked everyday.its fastes to burn calories

Drink lots of water,itll help flush out toxins and keep your metabolism fast.

Eat 6 small meals a day,instead of 3 big ones.Itll keep your metabolism going.

Sleep it good,you burn about 20 calories per hour you sleep.=]
