How can I lose extra fat and tone up soon and with no suppliments?

I’m about 5’4 and I’m 135 pounds. I’m not fat yet, but I really want to lose my extra belly fat and fat inside my thighs. just to tone up fast before the really warm weather. Will running help?

Running will help a lot no joke I lost 15 pounds during basketball and gained it back but I stopped running

If you lose it too fast it’ll be just as easy to gain it back. So spacing it out about 1-2 lbs/week will help your body acclimate as you’re losing it.

Running is the most effective and easiest calorie burning exercise. Changing your diet will also help, simple cutting back on candies and soda will help sooo much (About 50% of our diets are made up of sugar which has a lot of calories.) Since you’re wanting to tone and not build much, any physical exercise you do (such as weights, push ups, sit ups, etc.) you’ll wanna do a lower resistance but fast, you’ll want it to burn more than hurt.
