How can I lose weight before vacation?

I would like weight loss tips. I am going on vacation soon so I would like to know how I can lose the most weight in about 4 months. Any advice is helpful so if there are answers please still share your thoughts! I dont wanna lose like 20 pounds either, im really looking for a lot more than that! Im going to disney and last yr I felt like ugh if I gain any more weight I might not be able to ride anything! So please who knows the most effective and quickest way to lose lots of weight?

I doubt your even overweight you DONT go off and loose the MOST amount of weight you possinbly can you dont want to risk your health and life you ONLY loose what you actually need to loose go see a doctor and get your bmi calculated to see if you even have any weight that you need to loose because by the sound of your question, I doubt it

situps and cruches tone your tummy, leg lifts tone your legs (suprisingly :P), pressups help, and then you could try any aerobic exercise such as running. for fitness I like to trampoline and then I do taekwon-do. both help flexibilty and stamina. :) good luck, and remember, dont lose too much weight too fast. all things in moderation :P Hope I helped!

Try the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. Works great. Don’t give up, and do it every other day. I assure you if you do that, along with a sensible diet, you will lose weight. hey, I lost 3 stone in four months by never eating anything with more than 4 grams of fat at each meal time, it was a good healthy diet with no hunger pains, I also cycled a fair bit, not to fast and not to slow. It lowered my cholersterol levels as well so it must be a good way to do it I also cut ou sugar and although I ate bread it was always wholemeal and never had butter or marg on it. Eating fish such as tuna and salmon and eating baked potatoes with skin on and salad and chicken meant my fat intake was under the 4 grams. oh and also low fat yogurt worked to stave of sweet cravings! black grapes are also good to stave off chocolate cravings. try it, it works!
