How can I lose fat on my legs?

Im going on holiday in 6weeks, my legs are not particually ‘fat’ but I would like to loose some fat from my upper leg, any advise would be helpful, how to loose fat on my legs..easy? Thanks. (:

yoU cant lose fat on one area only…sorry but thats how it is when your on a weight loss mode, you will lose weight anywhere for me it started in the stomaach first, then I started loseing weight in my arms then my face and then my thighs. eventually you will lose weight everywhere you want. however, if you do specific exercises to target that area, then you will lose weight there faster, but it takes time. dont expect to lose weight in a week or two or even a month. in a month you will bairly start to see results but you wiill still think your fat. thats how I felt. but in about two months you will start to notice a huge change.

You must eat well balanced meals with fruits and veggies. have your protien. fat free dairy products and whole grains. DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD. avoid it please. if you dont you really wont lose weight. for fast foods, try to eat them when you have to. for ex. if your with your friends or at parties. but yeah. also drink lots of water to keep you full and hydrated. exercise for 1 hour everyday. at least and for 5-6 days a week. try to rest 1 day. (: trust me it works. it takes time and I tell you from experince ok. you will feel so much better once you lose weight and look better. because I most definitly do (:

I do yoga and it made a difference for me pretty quickly. Both the “Temple Pose” and the “Chair Pose” are really good for toning up the legs as well as the butt , so I guess that’s a bonus :). Also, both of the poses take no time at all so essentially, you could do them a lot throughout the day without it being a lot of work.

The Temple Pose- Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointed out a little and squat, with your hands palm to palm against your chest (like you’re praying). Squat as far down as you can. Your butt should be parallel with your knees. Hold it there for about 45 seconds or so.

The Chair Pose- Basically, just pretend you are sitting on a chair, without the chair actually being there. You’ll just be squatting in air. now, put your hands together like you’re praying again and raise them above your head. Hold this for 30-45 seconds.

You can’t just lose weight off one part of your body, you loose it off your whole body. However, you can work on muscle toning exercises specifically for your legs to build muscle, define your legs and shape them. I suggest lunges.

if you want your legs to be more…stiff…and not jiggle…u can use egg whites on the part where you need the help…stir it up until you see little bubbles and then apply

Well you can turn that fat into muscle by exercising- some good exercises for legs are walking, light jogging, pilates, squats, and lunges. Good luck! :)

emm…well I think the way to loose fat would b to tone yout thighs up with excercises such as squats etc hope this helps :)

honestly… you cant lose weight at just one purticular spot!! it dosent work like that - srry but its true!! however, like sugarcane has said, you can tone them - I.e. doing workouts that target your thighs such as squats, lunges, leg curls, leg extentions and leg press!! BUT REMEMBER!!! in order not not get hurt and out of balance, youll also need to do an upper body workout to even out your worksession!!
