How can I help my bad back problems?

Okay, so, I’ve been having really bad back ache… mainly on my lower back, kinda on my hips too?

I have quite a large and heavy chest and need to sort out getting a better/bigger bra to support it better, and I think my chest is the main cause of the pain.

Apart from the bra situation that I’m going to sort out, what else could I do to atleast help it… I’ve tried sitting upright seeing as I slouch a lot, but it hasn’t really done anything.

Help please. ^_^

I have the same exact problem, being a 34 D cup size, people don’t realize how heavy boobs are. I went to the doctor and he told me to get a large yoga ball to sit on when I am at home. It sounded weird at first but it helps you sit properly. Try going to Tj Max or Ross I got a yoga ball for $6. If the pain continues after a week or so talk to your doctor and see what they recommend.
