How can I help him trust me again? And Get Over it?

My boyfriend broke up with me about 4 months ago due to the fact I went off to college and it was just to hard but we still were so in love. Well I went home for Christmas and kissed another guy. He knows and he wants to be back together but he says its to hard and he feels as if I cheated on him. He also says he cant get the image out of his head? What can I do to help?

I think you just have to be honest with him. dont break any promises or lie to him, even about the littlest or stupidest things. for example if you say your gonna call but you dont, even something that little might upset him in this scenario. you should do little things to make him happy. like send him a random email just saying hi or take him out to a nice dinner. im sure you were a great girlfriend if he still loves you and wants to get together. show him how great you are and make him want to be with you again. hope that helps and good luck! =)
