How can I have a baby?

Well I have been trying to have a baby for the past three months, and I yet to accomplish that I am 27 years. and I am so ready for a baby.

Know your cycle- that’s the best thing. If you follow the typical ‘28 day cycle’ (or close enough to it) then 2 weeks after the last day of your period you will ovulate. You then have about a 48 hour window to conceive. Sperm lives about 3 days, so having sex 3 days before you ovulate, 2 days before, the day before, the day of, the day after, and the day after that should give you your best chances. (or yes, skip some of those days, lol)

Laying down after sex and not immediately going to the restroom can ensure that sperm has a chance to reach the egg.

Start in advance- prepare your body by eating well, exercising, and taking a multivitamin.

Most importantly, don’t stress about it. It doesn’t happen for everybody right away. Give it a year or so before you worry about seeing a fertility specialist unless you know something is wrong.
