How can I go about losing weight

I am very overweight with back problems, I can cut back on the food that isn’t the problem the problem is being active.hoe do I get started, walking is hard right now with the back problem. I wondered about bike riding or anything else you might think of that could motivate me to start bringing up my energy levels, Health clubs are out of the question right now. I need something I can do at home for starters. Help me??

well I know is hard to cut on all the good food but try to eat but in small portions:] and well simply start walking your paste or try swimming, bike, :] good luck hope you feel better from your back:]

start by walking 15 minuetes for2 weeks. then double it the next 2 weeks. like week 4 start jogging for 30 min. and soo on. dont forget to eat healthy. : P

well first it would be best to to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range so you can see just how much you need to loose to get there then work on small things like starting to exerscise walking is a good start, and things like aerobics, yoga, ect and work on your diet by cutting out a lot of junk food and soda drinks drink lots of water as well

Mostly a diet and some periodical walking or stretches and/or work-outs can help. I would suggest healthy snacks of fruits and veggs with a bit of meat every now and then. Plus, I heard that marijuana seeds carry all needed supplements needed to live making it the most healthiest snack out there. Funny. XD Look it up if you need to. Wikipedia or something is a great place to find it.
