I think youre too young and not seeing things straight. When your a little bit older I think you will look back and laugh. The problems with your brother can be sorted out,I think you should talk to your parents about it. There is a process you can take to move out but its a long process and you need a better reason than you just not getting on with your brother. Do you really want to upset the relationship you have with your parents over it? Also one day if you have a fight with your friend rebecca what will you do then?

Answer #2

Lol, right. You cant get your mother to allow you to move out. You can, however, ask your mother to be a parent and get him to stop harassing you.

Answer #3

Just tell your mom how much he is bothering you and just let her know your feeling about your brother. I mean she can have you move in whit your friend but you like going to have to go trough legal stuff and have your mom give your costody to your friends mom, and its a whole bunch of mess!!! Just because your brother is an idiot!! Come on just tell your mom!!!

Answer #4

It’s totally NOT legal. The court won’t let you move out because your brother is ‘an idiot’. But if you were being abused in some sort of way, then they’d let you. Look at the two. That seems a bit juvenile to b*tch about living with ‘an idiot’. And besides, it’s just one person. And he’s probably hit puberty. So suck it up and deal with it.

**I have to deal with the same thing every day, and I have never asked to leave.

14!! Are you moving in with a girlfriend or a boy you are seeing?
