how can I get my LG plasma off standby mode help please?

hi when I turn my LG tv off and try turning it back on it goes into standby mode and it can be hours or even the next day before it comes back on I’ve tried turning it on and off but nothing seems to work I’ve even tried taking out all the wires and pugging them back in but still no joy please please help me as im missing all my favourite episodes

Sounds liek it could be a problem with the power supply board. Does it happen to be a LG 32LX2R Plasma TV? If so they are notorious of having this issue. Only thing to do is get a repair guy.
