Well how can my friend get her braces off earlier. lol I'm trying to help her out a bit,because she's been complaining of how the metal jabs into her tongue and cheeks. So she has headgear and rubber bands. Yeah yeah,wear that all the time. But what else could she do? Could the orthadontists do anything to speed up the process? If you've had braces,tell me how long. xD It might help her some more,because she only has to have them until next summer (two years). Thanks in advance, xoxo

There really isn't anything she can do to speed up the process. There are ways to make her more comfortable in the process (like using dentist wax so the metal isn't jabbing) She can ask her orthodontist.
She just needs to realize how much money it costs and how nice her teeth will be in the end. So she really is lucky.

She only has till next summer, heck, shes almost there! Tell her to do what her ortho tells her, wear her elastics and headgear(I got those too), and it will happen soon as it is supposed too. Tell her to ask her Ortho too plan things so she can get the Braces off early in the summer so she can show off her new smile. Best of Luck! TinGrins are In!!!
