How can I get a punk rock style without cutting my hair off?

ok first dye your hair black next put blue and white highlights last dye the bottom of the hair HoT hOT red!! and you r done

ask them to razor your hair when your in next time for a hair cut this will make your layers look shagy and very raw loike a punk rock style without losing a lot of hair. Its pretty much like getting a trim
