How can I get a good bikini body asap?

I don’t have a certain time to get it by but I’m thinking asap… I’m not fat, I almost have a flat stomach… so how do I get a flat stomach which would make a good bikini body :) . what foods should I eat? and how much exercise should I do a week / day… also what exercise should I do ? thanks x

First of all, ASAP is not going to work. You have to take your time in order to achieve this goal in a healthy manner.

Just eat healthy:

  • fruits
  • vegetables
  • fish

Those three are very important in providing the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Don’t completely cut other meats out of your diet but do make sure that you get fish once in a while. Fish oil is a good supplement if you do not like fish in its typical form. Above all, regulate your portion size.

Some of the best exercises for a flat stomach are crunches, sit ups and chin ups. If you do not exercise regularly, start off slowly so that you do not end up harming your body- 10 minutes a day is a good beginning. Then slowly, once you are fully comfortable, lengthen the time of your workout until it reaches about 30-40 minutes a day. If you wish to do more, go ahead. Don’t rush it though. Once you achieve a flat stomach, don’t just quit exercising- it’s an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
