How can I find out about Disclosure Law in AZ ?

I would like to know if there is a law where Selling Agent/ Seller has to disclose information of a suicide that took place in a house that I bought in Arizona?

If you ask, they are required by law to tell you.

However, there might not be a law that says they have to volunteer the information.

Happy reading - but, the easy way is to ask the seller, if they don’t disclose, their liable…as they aren’t allowed to lie to your face :)

I don’t think that ‘events’ that do not affect the structure of a house would be included in disclosure laws…When you buy or sell a house, there is a form with all things that need to be disclosed. I’ve never seen ‘suicide commited here’ on that form.
