How can I eat healthier at college?

I ate out a lot since we dont have a stove but only a microwave and a freezer/refrigerator. I was thinking about buying the bagged salads, and getting some dressing. My dining hall food never tastes great, but what can I do to make sure I stay healthy.

I’m 6’3” 165 lbs with a very high metabolism
