How can I download videos from interne without any lose of quality?

Hi, I’d like to have the videos I have on my account from a social site on my pc with the good way for downloading videos cause I’d like to have my files with good quality. Does anyone know which is the best way for doing that?

youll need some sort of stream capturing software…

there are some free online one but these are manly persific to certain sites like youtube and the stuff

Thank you for your answers, I have tried Tunebite and I like the fact that it can be considered as multi functional software, as Youtube Downloader, Hulu Downloader, universal converter, because this one soft can capture hulu streams, can download youtube video clips, can convert youtube videos to avi or even 3gp, can record any video streaming from streaming online movies sites, such as msn, Hulu, Netflix, Blockbuster and many other sites. I really like it because I can enjoy my movies or videos or mp3s on any device.
