How can I do my hair extensions since I can't use sprays and stuff?

Okaye so I have 100%human hair extensions and it’s a weave and I can only wash it once a week (I know , I thought it was kiinda gross when my hair dresser said that too (: ) but I can’t put a lot of spray and stuff in it or it will give me bad dandruff because I can only washb it once a week , and I can’t wear it up because it will show the trackss . Andbi can’t curl it too much or it will be like fried . Btw I am mixed and my extensions are long and brown . Can you please help !?

Hey hun, Hmmm I think you shuld just remove it and go natual, but that just my opion and the only reason I think that is because you really cant do anything with it as you just said. On the other hand tho im pretty sure nothing will happen if you wash it more then once a week, I mean like you said its human hair.
