How can I clean my ps2 disk?

How can I clean my ps2 game disk because I have gta san andreas for like 5 years and didnt play it because it kept freezing and now it freezes at the title screen and I seen millions of videos but I dont belive them cause people say its fake but I want your advice

Go to movie gallery and ask for disk cleaner. they will give

to get dirt off buff it with a very soft cloth, like a glasses cleaning cloth, and some glasses cleaner. If it as scratches take a bit of turtle wax and buff that on there, wait for it to dry and buff it off.

What the turtle wax does is fill in all the cracks int he clear plastic. There is no data on that clear plastic its just a protective cover. The data is burned into the silver stuff behind it.

this works for any CD or DVD I have ever tried. Haven’t ever tried it on blu rays.
